The third and final installment of THE NAKED GUN films, Naked Gun 33 1/2:The Final Insult is the weakest of the lot. That being said, there are still plenty of LOL moments thanks to Leslie Nielsen's deadpan delivery and great physical comedy skills. This time around, Frank Drebin comes out of retirement to pursue a terrorist group planning to explode a bomb at the Academy Awards. Nielsen's visit to a sperm clinic, undercover stint in prison and the entire conclusion at the Oscars is pretty damn funny. James Earl Jones, Raquel Welch are great and Frank's stint as a dancer AND Phil Donahue during the awards ceremony are hilarious. Definitely the weakest of the three, but not bad, 33 1/3 earns a B-.
