All I can say is WOW. We can all forget that terrible Tim Burton apes movie now. The special effects team from Avatar takes it to the next level with the creature effects in RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES. Andy Serkis tops his KIng Kong and Lord of the Rings work here with an amazing performance as Caesar. A clever story, with tons of sly references to the Apes films legacy for fans. Builds to a terrific action packed climax in San Francisco. I bought it, loved it and will see it again. Apes fans will NOT be disappointed. Rises to a A grade for me!
